How to Get There Madame Tussauds Wax Museum is a well-known London landmark situated on Marylebone Road. There is excellent access to the attraction via tube, rail, road, coach or bus. The nearest tube station is Baker Street, just one minute’s walk away! You can get to Baker Street by Jubilee, Bakerloo, Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith and City lines. You can’t miss the famous green dome! Parking The nearest car park is on Chiltern Street (0207 486 4509), which is located off Marylebone Road and just 5 minutes from Madame Tussauds. Alternatively, there are numerous pay and display parking spaces on the Inner and Outer Circles of Regents Park. Dining Facilities Have a relaxing snack and coffee break at Madame Tussauds, large Costa Coffee shop situated just next to the World Stage! Disabled Access Madame Tussauds Wax Museum has wheelchair access. Due to limited capacity, visitors are asked to telephone the museum in advance on 0870 400 3000. Madame Tussauds present site contains many different areas all of which are designed to be fully accessible to disabled guests. However, the themed ride known as the ‘Spirit of London’, is a continuously moving ride requiring some physical endeavour to board and disembark, and is therefore unfortunately not accessible due to health and safety considerations. Madame Tussauds staff will ensure that guests with disabilities are transported safely from floor to floor within our building by means of a lift specially designated for this purpose. Seeing Eye dogs, guide dogs and hearing eye dogs are permitted on the premises. Toilet & Baby Changing Facilities There are a number of toilets (including disabled toilets) located within Madame Tussauds and the Auditorium. Age & Height Restrictions Families with young children are advised that baby buggies are not allowed in Madame Tussauds. Therefore you will be advised to leave your buggy at the left luggage section and use one of the baby carriers (suitable only for babies between 0 and 9 months). Prices include the cost of creating your Certificate printed on parchment, personalised in the name of the recipient and mailed First Class to you, or direct to the recipient in a protective board-backed envelope with your special greeting message. Tickets Terms You will receive an instant voucher for Madame Tussauds via email shortly. This is your ticket for this attraction and will be accepted at the attraction entrance. If for any reason you do not receive your instant ticket voucher please contact us as soon as possible. Terms and conditions This booking form will provide a voucher for admission to Madame Tussauds internationally renowned wax museum and the adjacent Auditorium when your credit card charge has been approved. All information about voucher exchange and how to find the venues will be printed on your voucher. Your voucher provides fast-track entrance at the Ticket Holders entrance to Madame Tussauds where you will be given your tickets for the Auditorium. If you wish to book tickets for entrance to Chamber Live you can select the number of tickets that you require below, at a cost of just Two Pounds (£2.00) per person. Chamber Live is a dark experience with sudden loud effects and strobe lighting and is therefore not suitable for children under 12 years old, guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure and pregnant women. When you book with us, you enter through the "Ticket Holders’ Entrance" and avoid the long queues that one sees in Marylebone Road. You will normally gain admission well within half an hour of arrival. Because your voucher is delivered electronically you may book up until the last minute – you simply Print-n-Go!
