How do I find the tickets I want?

Navigate our site by Destination (Country then State/Region or City), Most Popular (Special Hub pages devoted to categories such as ’Heritage’, ‘Theme Parks’ etc.) or our Search facility. However, if you still cannot find what you are looking for, then go to our A-Z Product Index which contains all of our current products. How do I book tickets online?

Booking online is both simple and secure. Our system offers what we believe is your most appropriate purchase currency based on your location. When you have located the attraction you require, change the purchase currency if you wish, choose your preferred date of visit and number of people for each ticket type and proceed to the next screen. Here you may add a promotional code (if you have one) and you will see any applicable booking fees and processing charges and the total cost for your booking.

How do I find special money-saving offers online?

We always have special offers on our site! Click on the Best Button and it will take you to all our top money-saving options. We also offer combination discounts of up to 10% when you book several attractions at the same time. You don't even need to visit them all on the same day, as they can be spread over any available dates.  After you have chosen to buy the first attraction, the discount available if you chose another attraction will be indicated. Please note that some of our prices are already so heavily discounted that additional discounts are not available – as indicated on the sales pages.   When you have chosen all the attractions you want, click the ‘Book Tickets Now’ button.

When will I get my Vouchers?

If you have chosen electronic delivery for a product that is available for the time and/or date you require, your voucher will be available for you to print at the end of the booking process. The system will also send you an email with links to your voucher/s to print at a later date if unable to print at time of booking.

If you have chosen fax delivery, your voucher will be faxed within 24 hours of confirmation - usually quicker though subject to our standard office hours of 08.00 – 18.00 UK time. If you have chosen regular mail, your vouchers will be sent by first class post within 24 hours of confirmation. After that, we are in the hands of the postal authorities and although delivery is usually within their advertised times, occasionally it takes longer or may have been delivered to the wrong address. We recommend that you do not request mail delivery if your visit is less than a week away.

What do I do if I can't print my Vouchers?

If you can't print your vouchers please try the following:

- Make sure your printer is connected and working.
- Try printing from another website to make sure your system set-up doesn’t bar you from printing off the internet..
- Forward the email you receive with the voucher links to a friend or neighbour   
  who may be able to print them for you.
- Email us at info@365tickets.com and provide us with your booking
  tracking number and a fax number or mailing address to send your vouchers if
  there is sufficient time.
- If all else fails telephone us on the number listed in the email confirmation for
  advice. Do NOT buy new tickets when you get to the attraction as you will
  already have paid for your tickets and will be subject to cancellation conditions in our Terms & Conditions.

What happens if I do not receive my vouchers by email?

If you do not receive the email confirmation, it may be because you did not insert your correct email address when you booked. Send us an email us at info@365tickets.com giving us your booking tracking number and we will send the voucher link to the address from which you sent the email or another preferred email address.

If you have given us your correct email address and still have not received your confirmation, it may be because you have spam filtering in place. If so and you cannot retrieve the email from your spam list, please add our domain name 365tickets.com to your trusted domain or safe list - and ask us to send the voucher link again.

What happens if I do not receive my vouchers by fax?

Please make sure the fax number you sent us is correct and that your fax machine is connected and working. Then email us at info@365tickets.com quoting your booking tracking number and restating your fax number and we will send it again.

We can only fax vouchers during our standard office hours of 08.00-18.00 UK time

What happens if I do not receive my vouchers by post?

Please let us know by email at info@365tickets.com or by telephone on the number listed in your confirmation and give us your booking tracking number and restating your full address and we will post it again.

Which payment cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Delta, Solo and Maestro cards.

Are my payment card details secure when I book online?

Your credit card details go directly to our Credit Card merchant Lloyds TSB Cardnet via SecureTrading, a secure online processing service recommended by our bankers Lloyds TSB Bank. Our site is also monitored and regularly scanned by TrustWave to validate compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. We do not retain your credit card details in our own databases.

Is my personal information secure?

Your personal information is taken in secure encrypted forms and used only for the purpose of creating your voucher/s and contacting you if there is any problem with your booking. If you have subscribed to receive our newsletters and special offers, you will receive regular communications with news of new attractions or special offers – and subscribers always receive Extra Discount when visiting our site from the e-shot news@365tickets.com to your safe list.

What charges are included in the ticket price?

Your admission charge, any taxes, booking fees and any credit card processing charges are included. These costs will be itemised in your shopping basket before you complete your booking and the email confirmation you receive from us. Presentation of your voucher at the venue, guarantees admission subject to the operational status of the attraction.

Can I reschedule my booking or get a refund?

If the attraction is closed through adverse weather or other force majeure, rescheduling or refunds are immediate and free of any fees. If you request to reschedule or cancel your visit, a fixed administration charge will be made in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Please note that generally our tickets may not be cancelled or rescheduled!

Will you contact me if there is a problem?

It is always advisable to check operational status with the venue on the telephone number shown on your voucher before setting out. If there is any problem with your booking or payment details we will attempt to contact you on the telephone number and/or email address stated in your booking. If we discover that a false number or address has been used, we will assume fraud, cancel your booking and inform the venue that your voucher is not valid.
