At an impressive 180 metres long, Chill Factor e boasts the UK’s longest indoor real snow slope. That’s 180 metres of pure fun that you can enjoy again and again!
For snow enthusiasts already equipped with the skills, our main slope Lift Pass will give you the freedom to enjoy the slope and perfect your technique.
Please Note: To use the main slope all users must meet the 'Minimum Main Slope Standard’, meaning you must be able to control speed and direction, link your turns, stop and use the button lift unassisted. If you cannot meet ALL of these requirements, we’re afraid you cannot use our main.
Includes:
· 2hr Main Slope Lift Pass
· A pair of ski boots, skis and poles
· Or a pair of snowboard boots and snowboard

We strongly recommend arriving at least 1 hour prior to your start time to allow adequate time to collect your passes and equipment.
On arrival, please go to the fast pass self-service kiosk which is located near the front desk.
If Clothing Hire is required you can pre-book it when booking you lift pass
Once you have collected your passes please go to the Clothing Hire area where you can collect a waterproof Jacket, Trousers and Gloves*
*Warm waterproof jackets and trousers can be hired for £6 per person. Gloves are essential for access to the snow and can be purchased for £4, but please note that they are not for hire and are subject to availability.
Once you have changed you will need to collect your snow activity equipment from the related collection point.
Once you are ready for your snow activity you wait in the seating area in front of the ski slope entrance until your activity start time. You will then have access to the snow area via the turnstiles.

09:00 - 22:00
Last entry to slope to get 2 full hours - 20:00
