Weymouth SEA LIFE Park features an amazing collection of deadly marine creatures this year in an exciting exhibition called 'VENOM.'
Come face to face with some of the world's most poisonous sea creatures such as sea snakes, lionfish, porcupine puffer fish and moon jellyfish.
Baby Turtles
See the newly arrived baby Mississippi Map Turtles in our Turtle Sanctuary…given a home here with us after arriving in the UK with the wrong paperwork! Native to the Mississippi and Missouri, Map turtles are one of the smaller species and can live for up to 40 years.
Crocodile Creek
Dare you board the scariest new ride in the South…a thrill-a-second boat ride through the all new Crocodile Creek, bringing you so close to the jaws of our resident crocodiles you’ll image you can feel their hot, steamy breath on your face!
If that’s not enough, in Easter 2009, The Turtle Sanctuary welcomes 100 new baby turtle residents. Each are about the size of a 50-pence-piece and were destined for the UK pet trade, but were confiscated by Customs officers when it was discovered they were not accompanied by the correct paperwork. Weymouth’s Turtle sanctuary is part of international efforts to generate captive bred stock for future re-introduction programmes.
In 2008 we saw Weymouth SEA LIFE open its doors to Adventure Island; a fantasy land with four amazing children’s rides – a drop ride, tugboat, pirate ship and seal themed roundabout. A great place for any young explorer!
Highlights include the National Turtle Sanctuary, an incredible otter sanctuary, a collection of comical Humboldt penguins, resident seals and the amazing Splash Lagoon, where adults can relax whilst younger visitors can have a 'splashing good time.'
Turtle Sanctuary
A spectacular ocean tank will provide the ideal home for Green sea turtles. A resuce and rehabilitation facility will give you the chance to learn all about these extraordinary creatures and the efforts being made to protect them and their habitats.
Splash Lagoon
A palm-fringed paddling pool with water barrel linked by a narrow channel to a complex of 10 different fountains...all firing water jets at different intervals, in different directions and from different wacky devices.
Pirate Adventure Golf
The Swashbuckling Golf Adventure for all the family
An 18-hole treasure chest of fun. A pirate ship and its scurvy crew provide the amazing backdrop to a serious putting challenge. Climb aboard for a great golfing adventure, and a barrel of yo-ho-ho's!

A delicious selection of food is available all year round in our main cafe, with indoor and outdoor seating. Kids meals and high chairs are also available.
During busy periods outlets on the park also serve a wide range of snack products, including ice creams, burgers and doughnuts.
Why not let the children pan for gold while you enjoy your break? Each child receives a medal for their efforts. Open for all ages at only £2 per go.
