Coronavirus - frustrating right?

If you are uncertain about booking your visit to Disneyland Paris we completely understand and want to take away any uncertainty that you might have by putting your best interests first.

With our 100% Protection Guarantee, should the worst happen and your holiday is interrupted due to transportation impacts by the effects of Coronavirus we will offer a 100% refund on your tickets as long as they have not been used.

This guarantee is only included on bookings for Disneyland Paris. Please see a list of which tickets are included or excluded from the 100% Protection Guarantee below.

How the 100% Guarantee works?

Once you make an order for Disneyland Paris your order will be placed on hold to ensure you are completely protected. Rest assured whilst your booking is on hold your purchase and tickets are 100% guaranteed.

- Bookings will be processed 48 hours before your selected visit date only - you can cancel and get a full refund of your booking before your booking is confirmed if your trip is impacted by the Coronavirus outbreak.

- If you make a booking and your visit date is within the 48 hour period your booking will not be valid for the 100% Protection Guarantee and will be processed by our customer care team immediately.

- All customers requesting their tickets to be processed before the 48 hour period before the visit date will not be covered by the 100% Protection Guarantee.

- Once your booking is confirmed and processed by 365Tickets - no cancellation or refund can be applied.

 

How to claim your refund?

We sincerely hope it doesn’t come to this but if your holiday to France is impacted and you can no longer make use of your Disneyland Paris tickets, 365Tickets will refund you in full for your purchase.

Simply give us a call or email us with your order reference and we will look into offering you a refund once a claim is processed.

Please note:

- The card holder must make the cancellation or amendment request;

- If you choose to change your tickets, for a new date or a different product there could be additional fees.

- Please allow 10 - 15 working days for us to process your refund if your claim is valid

- Proof must be provided when claiming your refund that your trip to France has been disrupted, by impacts on transport due to Coronavirus (fuel shortages are excluded).

The 365Tickets Protection Guarantee is valid on all Disneyland Paris bookings made after 10th March 2020, only.

If your trip to France is impacted by the Coronavirus:

365Tickets will refund your tickets in full, or offer you an alternative date or product, the choice is yours.

The Protection Guarantee is valid if one of these impacts your travel:

- Access to France and across the borders are impacted;

-A member of your group is diagnosed with Coronavirus;

- Transport such as flights are cancelled due to Coronavirus; and

- New transport procedures cause problems for your travel.

 

Important: Disneyland Paris Multi-Day tickets are undated and valid for a year. We shall ask for your date of visit in a question during the booking process. If you do not answer this question with a visit date one of our customer care team will contact you to ensure we have a date of arrival for your visit.

If we are unable to get in contact with you after 3 separate attempts, your booking will have to be processed in the Disneyland Paris system and the Protection Guarantee will no longer be applicable. You will be unable to claim a refund in the event of your trip being disrupted by Coronavirus.

365Tickets reserves the right to withdraw the The Protection Guarantee in part or entirely, at their sole discretion.
