      Top Tip: In general you have the flexibility to choose different visit dates for each attraction.

    • You can use the date picker on the product to check if the date/time is available.

      In exceptional circumstances (the Attraction is very popular) the specific date/time that you have chosen may no longer be available. In such cases, we will contact you to offer an alternative.

      Top Tip: Booking requests are automatically communicated to the Supplier and will be initiated once the order has been placed.  Be quick so that you don’t miss out.

    • In general, you have the flexibility to choose different visit dates for each attraction in a combination package.

    • Yes, absolutely.  Just select your preference at the Top-Right of the page.  You can change the currency at any point.

      Top Tip: Avoid currency bank charges by selecting your preferred currency before completing your purchase.

    • Yes – however, we do have some activities where, for security purposes, the Payment Card Holder and Lead Traveler name must be the same.

      You can select the Buy as a Gift - Option on our tickets to purchase this experience as a gift.

    • We are delighted to accept your booking whether in the UK or not.  As a Global distributor, We deliver experiences to Customers worldwide, 365 days a year.

      Top Tip: Our tickets are available online, anytime, anywhere.

    • Many of our experiences do have various prices and these are displayed with the 'Ticket Options' on the website.  365 Entertainment Travel is only able to offer the ticket prices available on the website.

      Top Tip: Tickets may be available for various categories: Concessions tickets whether age, height and weight parameters.

      Exceeding Customer experiences is a focus for all our Travel Suppliers (tours or activities).  
      Generally, Suppliers have identified the most suitable experiences and this is detailed in the copy of the Ticket Details.

      Top Tip: It may be best to join the ‘standard’ experience available and if you have specific requirements, ask the guides for local insight.  In general, you have the flexibility to choose different visit dates for each attraction in a combination package.

    • Please include your hotel details at the time of booking and a meeting location will be confirmed back to you.

      If you do not have this information available yet during the time of your bookings, please indicate TBA - (To Be Confirmed) and contact our Travel Customer Service team once you have these details available.

    • In some cases we are unable to provide a list of hotels as the pickup locations can vary.
      Please include your hotel details at the time of booking and a meeting location will be confirmed back to you.

    • A Supplier might ask for your contact details to be able to inform you regarding itinerary changes
      (IE:Weather related issues, mechanical problems etc)

      If you do not have this information available yet during the time of your bookings, please indicate TBA - (To Be Confirmed) and contact our Travel Customer Service team once you have these details available.

    • Yes - The integrity and security of your data is central to the our integrity as a Global Distributor.

      Take comfort that no one at 365 Entertainment Travel is able to view your full card details as only partial payment card details are associated with bookings made.

      In 2018 we rolled out our GDPR plan and also, early 2018 our central treasury is working on PSD/2 directive.

      We comply with the highest standard of PCI (payment card industry) compliance.

      Top Tip: Only ever provide essential information. We will never ask for your password, pin number or the last transaction you’ve made with the card.

    • For security reasons, we only receive partial payment card details to associate your booking with you. This is current best practice.

    • You have a number of options:
         1. Try again;
         2. Try with an alternative payment card;
         3. Try via an alternative payment method (our PayPal facilities offers alternative payment methods); or
         4. Better still, contact us via telephone, Email or Live Chat 

      Top Tip: We’re here to help so please contact us providing the details you have: Order Number, Date of Order and Email address.

    • Most vouchers will be received within 10 minutes.

      Occasionally, we will need up to 48 hours to receive confirmation from the Supplier. Once confirmation is received, your voucher will be e-mailed to you.

      Top Tip: If you don’t see your voucher within this timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder.

    • You can select your Delivery Option prior to the checkout page.

      Top Tip: The majority of our vouchers are E-Tickets, exceptions, ie. Hard Tickets are clearly marked in the Ticket Details section.

    • In most cases, your voucher will act as your ticket. If you need to exchange the voucher for a separate ticket, the ticket will be given to you when you check in for your experience using the instructions under the Customer instructions detailed on your voucher.

      Top Tip: Unless the voucher states otherwise, you MUST take your printed vouchers with you to the attraction/venue/event to gain admission.

    • Confirmation will typically be received within 24 hours of booking, subject to availability.

      If the date, time or option requested cannot be accommodated by the Supplier we will contact you with alternatives.

      • An experience may return unavailable due to several reasons:
      • The date or time requested is no longer available;
      • Unexpected closures of locations; and/or
      • Capacity has been reached.


      Please be advised that we would need a response as soon as possible if we have contacted you with alternatives as we can only proceed with your booking after a confirmation has been received that the alternative date/time fits your itinerary.

      Top Tip: If you don’t see your voucher within this timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder.

    • Unless stipulated in the booking process all bookings require customers to print their voucher off in order to be exchanged for entry to the attraction or tour.

      If you do not have access to a printer, here are a few suggestions:

      • For travellers staying at a hotel, please contact your hotel reception desk for printing facilities in the building
      • Local libraries usually have printing facilities
      • Internet café.

    • Promotional codes are used when 365 Entertainment Travel has a time-bound offer whether duration (ie. Ends on 14th February) or volume (ie. 5000 Tickets, only). If you have obtained a code for a selected product, excellent news:

      • Place the product in your basket, before Checkout you’ll see a section that states
      • ‘Voucher code (if applicable)’
      • Pop your code in and this will recalculate the basket value.
