Whiskey making all started with monks!
Irish Whiskey History originated around the time of the 11th Century and it is believed that Irish Monks brought this technique of distilling perfumes back to Ireland from their travels through North Africa.

The Irish Whiskey Museum is one of the most central visitor attractions in Dublin. It is situated at the main entrance of Trinity College.
